House is close to shopping, restaurants, Old Town Clovis - antique shopping and restaurants, Fresno Airport, Fresno State, Hwy 168, and major medical facilities which is convenient for traveling medical professionals. We recently remodeled our home, everything is new. Bedroom has small dorm style mini fridge and Roku TV with Netflix, Amazon Video, Pandora and more. Bottled water in small refrigerator in room. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, orange juice upon request. Enjoy your morning beverage on our beautiful deck or patio overlooking our beautiful pool and yard. Full access to kitchen. Dining area. Backyard with covered deck and pool. Parking in front of the house. I love to meet new people and hear their stories. I also respect my guests privacy. Clean, safe, quiet well established neighborhood. Uber, Lyft, also City of Clovis Stage Line, weekdays only. We have 3 loving family dogs, 1 - 15 yr old small terrier mix, Sundance and little Charlie who is a cute little mix who loves our guests , and our newest boy Siegy, our Dachshund. They are well behaved and are used to guests coming and going. They will greet you with some barks, sniffs, then wagging tails. They are not invading however they sure do appreciate all the attention they receive from our guests. Our boys are not allowed in our Airbnb room, however the rest of the house is their home. Our home and room is suitable for day shift traveling medical professionals as Clovis Community Medical Center is less than 5 mins away. Fresno Community, Kaiser, St Agnes and VA Medical Centers are about 15 mins away. THE ROOM IS NOT SUITABLE FOR SWING OR NIGHT SHIFT WORKERS, only because we cannot control noise that may bother you while trying to sleep during the day. Longer stay will be considered, with price discount, if needed for medical professionals.
