The property is located in a quiet location, 600 meters from the town of Rio Marina and a few minutes walk from the beaches of nearby. The house consists of a bright living room, equipped kitchen, double bedroom and bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower. Outside at guests' disposal there are table and chairs for dining and deckchairs for relaxing outdoors. The space The structure is located in a panoramic and silent location, surrounded by the greenery and blue of the sea it overlooks. A few steps from the spectacular Gennaro beach, a small cove with smooth pebbles, it is almost never crowded, even in August by 10am it is possible that it is all to yourself. It can be reached via a fairly easy downhill path. It is the first cove you come across on the Path of Love, an exceptional route for lovers of trekking and walking. The outdoor space is large and the incredible view of the sea will surround moments of pure pleasure, without forgetting that you will be close to a characteristic seaside village.
