This is really convenient as beach parking can fill up quickly. Beach cart can carry beach items on your walk. For those who prefer, there is a parking lot near beach walkway and also a car drop off area for guests at beach entrance. This home features 3 large bedrooms, 2 baths, a great room, and den. The pool has a large deck area for sunbathing as well as a covered deck for dining. Pool heat is included mid December through end of March. There is and extra charge for pool heat April -Dec. 20.
