Private room, approx. 20 square meters, in the basement of a detached house with its own entrance and bathroom. Two single beds, kitchenette with fridge but without water connection (dishes must be washed in the bathroom). Right next to the forest, only 5 minutes' walk to the S-Bahn (10 minutes' drive to the city west, 30 minutes to the city east). 12-minute walk to the fair. Guest access The basement is accessible through its own entrance. The bathroom is exclusively for guests and is only used by the family because of the washing machine. Other things to note Due to the proximity to the forest, one should not be surprised by various animal roommates (except our cats): in summer especially spiders, mosquitoes and also snails. On the street you can sometimes encounter a wild boar. Our son plays drums. His room is on the second floor, but it is not too loud.
