A welcoming and bright house with a breathtaking view of the Gran Paradiso and the St Ursus meadow! Inside, the walls entirely covered with wood, the lovely inlaid furniture and the tiled stove will give you a warm and familiar atmosphere, typical of mountain lodges. Outside, you can relax in the private garden (equipped with a table, benches and deck chairs) and enjoy the sun from early morning until late afternoon! The space The house is in fact located in the sunny district of Montroz, in a panoramic and raised position compared to the town center, which is only 1.2 km away and can be reached on foot with a nice walk of about 20 minutes or by car in less than 5 minutes. At your disposal you will also have a private garage where you can park your car for free. In addition, in front of the house there is the free shuttle stop to and from the center. The spacious living room with open kitchen is equipped with Smart TV, satellite channels, free WiFi and two single sofa beds. The fully equipped kitchen has a large table, fridge (no freezer), induction hob and oven. Both the master bedroom and the newly renovated bathroom with shower and washer-dryer are spacious and comfortable. Sheets, blankets, towels, bath soap and hairdryer are provided. The apartment is on the ground floor and communicates with the underground garage via an internal staircase. There is also a common room at your disposal where you can leave your skis and boots in the Nigu ski rack. We kindly ask you to confirm your arrival time one day before.
