Happy and quiet cat studio

!! PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THE INFORMATION IN ALL SECTIONS BEFORE BOOKING, IT IS IMPORTANT FOR YOUR CHOICE !! Small studio in a nice little village and a quiet area by the Eurovélo and GR 59. Ideal for your stay in F.C. if you stay a few days you can travel the roads of our beautiful region and come to sleep at the end of the day, we are in the heart of the Doubs department. The space Single-story studio, about forty square meters, refurbished in 2019 in an old house composed of 2 other apartments. Not overlooked because it is a dead end, but the windows overlook the parking lot (your car and the vehicles of the other 2 permanent tenants). This apartment can serve as a stopover for 1 or 2 guests. Unfortunately, the ceiling height (about 2.10 m) will not be suitable for very, very tall people... !!!! There is NO TELEVISION in the accommodation, POOR NETWORK! A small folding bed may be available for your baby (under parental supervision). Unfortunately, as a victim of ABUSE, I chose not to pay for water and electricity bills. We will therefore read the METERS upon your ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE. The nightly rate is low, your WATER and ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION will be charged IN ADDITION, at the price per cubic meter of water and kilowatt hour in effect at the time of your stay. The amount of charges varies from €1 to €6 PER DAY, depending on the guests and the season. To avoid disappointing comments and reviews, I do my best to make your stay as pleasant as possible, however the studio is not a 3-star hotel! If that's what you're looking for, please move on, thank you! The price corresponds to the service offered and everything is detailed in the listing (for information after deduction of costs (trips, time spent cleaning, products, laundry, miscellaneous purchases, taxes...) I have about €18 in my pocket! Guest access Please look at the location of the studio in the "instructions to get there" section, GPS does NOT know the place! Parking, EVEN temporary, is ONLY in the space (no possibility for 2 cars) indicated in the photo of the "instructions to arrive" to avoid neighborhood quarrels! It is not suitable for 1 truck or other large utility vehicle.
