Modern Self contained Annex, Off Road parking

This Modern annex offers private parking and ground floor entrance. The Room consists of a double bed, kitchen with Fridge, microwave oven, kettle and toaster. Note ( Hob is not available). A table with chairs and a cosy chair with coffee table to relax. A wardrobe and a on suite shower room with power shower. Underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, TV with sky sports, Netflix etc. Courtesy to aid your stay provided are Tea, coffee and milk along with cereals, bread, biscuits and little treats. Enjoy. The space The annex is ideal for either a individual who is working in Warwickshire and wants the place for short/long term rent. Or a couple who are visiting Stratford Upon Avon. The annex is separate to the main house giving you total privacy. Guest access Access through front house door into porch. Then door access into the self-contained annex. Ground floor access. During your stay Both Anita my wife or myself will be available throughout your stay. Other things to note Check in between 1 and 3pm. check out at 11am.
