Please read details below* The space Cozy, clean, recently renovated loft space. -Newly installed heat pump with air conditioning. -Small kitchenette with basic supplies. -Microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge & water cooler. -Plates, bowls, mugs, cutlery. -Private shower with heated floors located downstairs. *Accessed from outside* -Hot tub is a hot soaker tub *only* no jets. Guest access Guests have private deck with propane fire pit and BBQ. Our Property is an 8 minute drive to downtown Nanaimo, 10 minute drive to Nanaimo River's best swimming holes. Steps down the road from endless hiking and mountain biking trails including Extension Ridge & The Abyss trail. Outdoor lovers paradise! Other things to note The ceiling is low in places considering the loft-style roof. We do NOT issue refunds due to weather or heat waves. **Hot tub is a soaker tub only.
