Bright & Cool Powell Apartment

This is the upstairs apartment of a 100 year old house. It can accommodate up to two adults in the main bedroom with a queen size bed. A third adult can be accommodated in the full size twin daybed, in a separate bedroom, but the trundle below, is only good for a smaller young person. It is quaint, it is economical and wonderful for gatherings of families or friends. With a basement apartment, also available for guest rental, it is also the perfect special event venue. The space This is an efficiency apartment that can be a wonderful getaway or a great place to work on location. Guest access The yard is amazing for get togethers, or for a small town romantic escape. Other things to note There is a dryer provided, but no washer.
