Other things to note The listing price at off peak season is stating at $120 for 2 adults(12 yrs +) per night stay. The peak season price is $130 for 2 adults per night stay; for the each extra adult we will charge $30 per person per night, total booking price should be counted after entering the actual numbers of adults (12 yrs +). We don't charge fees for children under 12 yrs old. We don’t provide rooming house renting, which means once you book this property, you have booked the whole house. No matter how many guests (maximum 9) will come to stay, the group organisers are responsible to help all guests settle down the beds. However we appreciate that your group use the beds according to the guests number of your booking: if your group has 2 guests, you can use maximum 2 beds from any of the 7 beds and from any room. (And if 3 guests they can use 3 beds, if 4 guests they can use 4 beds, and so on).
