Adorable & charming beach house - North Sea coast

Our charming and adorable 1930 New England style small beach house is located in the sand dunes of the Danish North Sea coast. Peaceful and quiet surroundings in small community of summer houses, beautiful beaches and breathtaking sand dune landscape surrounds this house. The house is located just 100 meters from a beautiful and clean beach. This is a beach house with the true and genuine beach house atmosphere while at the same time it offers all modern facilities. The space Our house dates back to 1930 and is only 39 m2, so every square meter has been well used providing a really tiny and cozy atmosphere:-). It has a combined main room with kitchen at one end, dining space for 6 persons and livingroom/sofa arrangement all in one room. Furthermore the livingroom has a very cozy built in double sofa bed which can also be used as double bed. There is one small bedroom with a double bed. While the house actually could serve up to 6 people, we find it most ideal for up to 4 people. There is a small bathroom with shower and toilet. In addition there is a little annex/guesthouse, in which there is one bedroom (with a double bed) and a small storage room. The terrasse has a dining table and seats 5-6 persons. In addition to that there are two wicker chairs and a small coffee table. The terrasse is closed and provides good shelter from the wind. Furthermore on the grounds (to catch the evening sun:-) there is another dining table which seats 6 persons. There is a Weber charcoal barbecue. The house is heated/cooled from a central air conditioner, but usually not necessary in summer months. Price includes power used during your stay. The kitchen has freezer, fridge, oven, hotplates for cooking, microwave, Espresso coffee machine, dish washer and all needed kitchen equipment. We provide bedlinen, towels, dish towels, soap, toilet paper and other such basic amenities. We ask that you bring your own beach towels. While we will take care of cleaning the house between guest visits, you are expected to take out the carbage, take off used bed linen, run the dishwasher and empty the fridge and freezer. You are very welcome to leave a note about your stay in our guest book:-) Guest access You will have the entire house/property to yourself and do not have to share any facilities with others. Other things to note We have always taken pride in offering a clean and sparkling house and acknowledge how much this means to our guests. With the Corona-19 situation we have made an even further effort in terms of also sanitizing very thoroughly in preparation for new guests and as an extra precaution we have introduced a lapse of minimum 2 non-occupied nights between reservations. Here is a summary of our efforts and awareness around cleaning and sanitation: We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and when cleaning we wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines
