The space A comfortable and beautifully furnished home with unique accommodation in north, central Portugal. “The Lodge" sleeps a family of 5; young adults/children in an attic niche and adults on a mezzanine floor with ensuite bathroom , overlooking a vast sitting room with ceiling to floor cathederal windows leading onto a balcony which stretches over the width of the house. There is a shower room and separate ensuite single bedroom attached to The Lodge with its own entrance. Satellite TV, DVD player and Wifi. There is a fresh water, salt filtered swimming pool, a large terrace and private river “ pool “ with sandy access. The gardens are vast and children find it a magical place. We live on the property and although you are completely private in the separate guest house, we are near enough for help and advice. We are a couple who have lived many years in Spain and Portugal, we love our village and the life we have chosen and will do our best to make your stay a memorable one.
