Historic Building built in 1908. Right in the heart of downtown San Angelo. Shopping & restaurants We allow pets they must be kenneled when you are not with them & must not disturb other guest. There is a $35 dollar fee per pet per stay and owners are 100% responsible for any damage done by their pet including urine & feces cleaning. The space Guest may use Front Porch to relax. Heritage Park is located right next door and is a great photo spot & place to read and relax. Queen bed, shower & bath, tv, internet, ROKU, Hulu, Disney+ Keurig coffee maker, microwave, small refrigerator with a little freezer. We keep extra drinks & snacks in the hallway snack area. Breakfast is left outside your door between 7:30-8:30 am The Historic Sealy House is 100% SMOKE FREE property, if caught smoking or vaping on property you will be asked to leave Immediately WITHOUT a refund and charged a $500 cleaning fee for the Antebellum room. There are NO exceptions to this rule. Guest access We welcome you to enjoy our big front porch, with 2 tables & chairs for you to relax and enjoy the Historic Views During your stay We live upstairs so we are usually on property to assist guests as needed. We respect our guest privacy and do NOT enter their room at anytime, unless they have asked us to do so. Other things to note There is to be absolutely NO smoking or vaping on property. If caught violating this Rule guest will be asked to leave property immediately with out a refund and charged a $500 cleaning fee. There is NO EXCEPTION to this rule. The room is for 2 Guest any extra guest including children is $35 not to exceed 1 extra guest. We do allow pets there is a $35 dollar per pet per stay charge. If you are caught sneaking in a pet you will be asked to leave the property Immediately with out a refund and charged a $300 cleaning fee. There is NO EXCEPTION to this rule!
