The Red Door Cottage

Separate fully self contained "Granny Flat" with its own entrance off an easement; set in a beautifully lush garden. There is generally plenty of street parking with a walk generally no more than 30 to 40 metres up the easement to the gate which opens on to the "Red Door" of the cottage. When parking please be aware of the bus stop at the end of the easement; Queensland laws stipulate a 10 metre clearway in front and 20m clearway at the rear of the bus stop. Other things to note We provide a small complimentary selection of coffee and tea, plus a bottle of fresh milk, for you to use on your arrival. Thereafter please purchase yourself what you enjoy. Some basic toiletries and cleaning materials are provided for you to use; we do not expect you to replace them but if you need more than supplied please purchase.
