The space Located in the heart of the countryside, just 2 hours from Paris by highway and close to the famous Châteaux de la Loire, we welcome you to our two charming apartments (45 m² and 65 m²). ​Whether you're motorsport enthusiasts, nature lovers, or traveling with family, our property offers an idyllic setting that combines absolute tranquility with proximity to major tourist attractions. Strategic location ​La Flèche Zoo: 15 minutes away for an unforgettable family day out. ​24 Hours of Le Mans Tour: 40 minutes away to experience the thrill of the race. ​Each apartment has been designed to make you feel “at home” from the moment you arrive: ​Sleeping area: A spacious bedroom with high-quality bedding (160 x 200 cm bed or two 90 x 200 cm single beds) ​Living room: A cozy living space with a sofa bed (140 x 190) to accommodate additional guests. ​Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen: Dining area with oven, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, and all the necessary small appliances (coffee maker, kettle, toaster). ​Bathroom: Functional, with a modern shower. ​The little extra: Travel light! We provide bedding (duvets, pillows, sheets) and bath towels free of charge. ​ Leisure and Absolute Relaxation ​The real highlight of our property lies in its exceptional outdoor areas: ​XL pool (open from mid-May to mid-September): A 17 m x 7 m pool for your leisure time swimming and relaxing in the sun. ​Nature & Serenity: Enjoy a large garden with a terrace, a private pond, and a river running along the property at the back of the garden. ​Spa Area (Optional): For total relaxation, treat yourself to a moment of well-being in our Jacuzzi and sauna (extra charge of €15/person/day). The private road leading to the estate has been left in its natural state and requires careful driving. That’s the price of serenity! We prefer to let you know in advance so that the surprise is complete once you walk through the gate: you will quickly forget the few bumps when you discover the 17-meter pool and the absolute calm that reigns here. Guest access The outdoor areas, such as the swimming pool, garden, access to the river... are shared with the other rentals and hosts. Other things to note Access to the spa is available for €15 per person per day.
