House on Pawliki

An original wooden Podhale house, modernly equipped, located on the southern slope of Pawlikowy Wierch, with a unique panorama of the entire Polish and Slovak Tatras. It has a large garden with a fire pit, sheltered from the side road. An idyllic place with the proximity of beautiful walking routes. Booking accommodation in a cottage for a group of at least 6 people (max. 11 people) The space The unique atmosphere is provided by the location in silence and seclusion - the cottage is surrounded by meadows, groves and forests. The cottage is surrounded by a garden where children can play safely, there is also a place for a bonfire (tables, benches, deckchairs) and convenient parking. The guest house has a large, fully equipped kitchen for exclusive use, a living room with a dining area and a fireplace, as well as 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house is located at an altitude of 950 m above sea level on the outskirts of the Pawliki settlement. Nearby, hiking trails intersect; the red trail leads from Bukowina Tatrzańska through Łapsze to Niedzica, and the blue trail from Trybsz through Łapszanka to Kacwin (along the way, the Niebieska Dolina reserve). These trails stretch along the ridges of the hills, from where the view extends over the entire chain of the Tatra Mountains, and on the opposite side to the Pieniny and Gorce. We are accompanied by the chirping of birds, we can meet roe deer, deer, foxes or hares, and cows and sheep graze in the meadows. The area is crossed by attractive cycling routes. It is close to the Tatras, both Slovak and Polish (about 18 km to Łysa Polana). In winter, you can cross-country ski on snow-covered slopes criss-crossed by animal tracks (better back country), the only limit is your fitness. We are not so far from civilization ;) - the nearest store: 2 km - Koziniec-SKI ski slope: 6 km - KOTELNICA ski complex: 8 km - Jurgów-SKI ski slope (black FIS route!) 7 km - Bachledova Dolina SKI: 23 km (Slovakia) - BANIA Thermal Baths: 9 km - BUKOVINA Thermal Baths: 9 km - Zakopane: 23 km - Nowy Targ: 21 km Guest access The house is the biggest attraction for a group of friends (a group of friends or a family with children), as the entire house is at the guests' disposal: upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, a hall and a bathroom, downstairs there is a very large kitchen, a large living room with a fireplace, a bedroom and a second bathroom. There is a garden with a seating area (two tables with benches), and a fireplace, parking for 4 cars. The owner lives on the premises in an independent basement part of the house with a separate entrance from the back of the property. She is always ready to help. She also lives with an old gentle dog - a German Shepherd named Wilkor.
