The house offers every necessities and all the commodities are provided. The house is inside a residence, therefore you will have the chance to experience Italian neighbors! Sea is 1min away walking and the residence offers peace and tranquillity as well. Parking spot included inside the main residence, with the possibility of parking the car in front of the house. The space It's a very nice apartment with a very spacious balcony facing the beach with two sunbeds, perfect for people that want to feel the breeze of the sea and enjoy the sound of the waves. the sound of the waves is not loud enough to bother during the night, if fact the sound can reach the balcony only.
