A lovely staycation place where you can enjoy the pool with your family and/or friends. Our place offer you free swim on the rooftop swimming pool (Tuesday to Sunday) with the best view of the metropolitan! We also offer unlimited access to WiFi. You can also cook in our unit and we provide all the basic kitchenwares and basic condiments. See our listing details and pictures for more! The space Our unit is in LIVINGSTONE Tower. It is fully furnished with a minimalist design. The unit is clean and rarely used by the owner. We provided the following: - Split type aircondition - Full size bed with mattress, pillows, blanket and bed linens. - Closet with hangers - Sofa bed - 40 inches flat screen Smart TV with NETFLIX - Diningwares such as plates, glasses, mugs, spoons and forks - Kitchen with kitchenwares, microwave, kettle, rice cooker, oven toaster - Refrigerator - 2 fresh towels, shampoo, soap - Flat iron and ironing board - Modern shower room with rainfall shower head - PLDT landline - Unlimited fast WiFi - Intercom to contact building concierge - 24/7 lobby/reception area and security - First come first serve pay parking within the area. - Free access to swimming pool and gym within the Livingstone Tower from 8am to 6pm (TUESDAY to SUNDAY) - Cooking allowed. Strictly NO cooking of dried fish or any foul smell. Guest access Guest will have access to the observation deck and swimming pool from 8am to 6pm only. All building amenities are CLOSE on MONDAY for maintenance. Other things to note As a guest I need to pre-register you with the building's Admin and Security office, so please provide all the names with scanned copy of the IDs of the guest/s upon confirmation of your booking.
