The Garden Villa

The Gardens is located in Oakland Park it is a beautiful community that neighbors downtown Fort Lauderdale and the famous Las Olas Boulevard. In minutes you can be to the Fort Lauderdale Beach, or Las Olas Boulevard where dining and shopping await! The property is Called the Gardens because of its lush landscaping, and a beautiful tropical plants. Relax, and unwind near the salt water pool, or enjoy the scenery right outside of your door. The units are all gorgeous! We Welcome you. The space THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. This 1BR Vacation Home is located within a unique little area near the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale. It boasts a tranquil and tropical Garden setting providing a very welcoming experience to our guests. We provide WiFi, Cable, Laundry and pool access to all our guests. This unit features a tasteful theme Villa Surrounded with beautiful landscaped gardens, and evening lighting hence its name/description. Inside you will find a split floor plan with 1BR and 1BA and beautiful kitchen to prepare your favorite meals. A blow-up mattress can be provided if necessary upon request. Each Villa is seperate, and totally private to each Guest. The Home has 1 bedroom total. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and flat screen TV (Smart TV and Cable) with en-suite bathroom and plenty of closet space. Living room provides guests with comfortable seating on all new furnishings. The couch and Chairs are directly in front of a flat screen smart TV with internet & cable access. Dining area is shared with the living space and offers 4 seats at a round antique Brown leather table. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, plastic glassware for the pool, cookware, and anything else you may need to prep your meals during your stay. Groceries are the responsibility of the guest and we will leave you with some basic items such as cooking oil and spices. We provide you with fresh linens and towels to use during your stay & you have your private laundry room during your stay. Additional cleaning services may be provided to you during your stay for an additional fee. A queen-sized luxury blow up mattress is available upon on your request, if needed during your stay. Parking is limited to 1 Car per reservation at the property, however there are 1st come 1st serve parking spaces near the property. Please contact your host Jonathan with any question, or recommendations. Jonathan is always available 24/7 Guest access When you approach the property please park in the designated parking space provided with check in details (There is not fee for parking) enter through the white door through the gate on the left of the home, and follow the walk way back to your unit. Common areas may be shared with other guests. This is a quaint property that provides a lot of privacy to each guest. Prior to your check in Jonathan will send you check in details. All doors are keyless entry.
