Rustic Lakefront cottage in Hamilton, NY. Private dock, paddle boat included (float in lake not ours). Cottage is not insulated but has a propane heating stove. In case of very cold weather bring a space heater. 4 bedrooms (rooms have curtains instead of doors). 5 beds plus futon on enclosed porch. Has WIFI. Full kitchen, dining room and bath with shower. Grill included. Guests must bring sheets, towels, pillowcases, paper towels, toilet paper, food, etc (pillows & blankets provided). The space The cottage is right on Lake Moraine in the town of Hamilton, NY. Guests have full access to the lakefront including a dock, deck with chairs and a paddleboat. The house itself was built in the 1930's and has been in the Jackson family since then. Enjoy all the beautiful scenery of the Hamilton area, Lake Moraine and the greater upstate NY area. Restaurants and activities abound in town and in the vicinity. Guest access Guests have full access to the house and lakefront as well as parking in front of the cottage and across the street (in the patch of grassy property by the brown shed). Other things to note Garbage goes out monday night for tuesday morning pickup. Guests bring their own sheets, towels, pillowcases, toilet paper, paper towels, food, and propane for grill, etc. If you cant find the space heater for the bathroom please message me and i will provide.
