Brightly painted double bedroom with beige carpets and cream walls is available to a couple or a single person. There is an ensuite bathroom which has a large shower, toilet and washbasin. This room is spacious and tastefully decorated and is based in a townhouse in a very lovely area of Grays called Chafford Hundred. We are a family of 3 living in this five bedroom townhouse. - I have two young boys aged 9 and 13 years old. There is also a fridge in the room . The space There is a microwave, toaster, kettle in the with basic teas and coffee in room. Guest access You will have access to your own ensuite room and the utility room next to the kitchen if you want to wash your clothes. Other things to note I have two boys so our home may not be suitable for shift workers and light sleepers. There are also two other longterm professional lodgers in the house.
