Quaint bayside beach cottage tucked away from the world & steps away from a beautiful private beach. This 2 bedroom, 1 & 1/2 bathrooms sleeps up to 6-8 people & is a short drive away from the attractions that Gulf Shores has to offer. Walking distance to Tacky Jacks 2 Restaurant & Ft. Morgan Marina. Short drive to the historic Ft. Morgan & Ferry to Dauphin Island. Usually 2 houses up (591), if you ever need anything or have any questions about where to explore! Come see us at, Tipsy Tuna!! The master bedroom has a queen size bed with Lifeproof Vinyl Plank flooring, linens and pillows, a vanity, ceiling fan, 28”flatscreen TV with local channels and access to the back porch that has breathtaking views of the sunset. The second bedroom has a BUNKBED that features two double beds (max weight of 250lbs each) and a twin size trundle bed with linens and pillows. It also has a 21” flatscreen TV with plug & play retro game system & a wind machine floor fan. The Laundry Room 1/2 bath combo has Lifeproof Vinyl Plank Flooring, a vacuum, mop, broom, dustpan, a washer, a dryer, single sink vanity & high efficiency toilet and access to the back porch. The Living Room has updated ceiling planks with LED lighting & a 52” ceiling fan, it has a queen size sofa bed, a love seat, small barista table with 2 barstools, 48” flatscreen Smart TV, WIFI, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, and local TV channels, a Honeywell floor fan. The bathroom includes full size tub/shower updated ceiling & LED lighting & exhaust fan, trial size shampoo and bar soap, towels, wash cloths, hair dryer. Antibacterial hand soap & 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Please Note: Renters will need to provide their own toiletries and accessories exceeding what is provided as a “starter” pack including but not limited to - toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toothpaste, Kleenex, hand soap, paper plates, etc. Please only flush toilet paper in the toilet. The updated Kitchen includes ceiling planks, LED lighting, a refrigerator, updated kitchen sink; cold water is filtered, a combo stove & oven with vent hood, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker with starter pack of coffee & creamers, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 pack of dishwasher detergent, antibacterial hand soap and any kitchen utensils you might need such as silverware, bowls, plates, cups, etc. Trash can in kitchen & each bathroom provided with 1 trash bag each. There is enough parking for 3 vehicles and no street parking. There is a gas grill as well, I just ask that you roll it out from under the house when in use and clean it when you're done. The cottage is on the "bay side" of the peninsula and the Fort Morgan private beach is a short walk. The beach is 0.3 of a mile away and about a 7 minute walk. I provide a wagon with 4 beach chairs and an umbrella as well. The house also features a wrap around porch for gorgeous views of the sunrise and sunset. Entire top floor I usually reside in the Sea foam green house, 2nd before Tipsy Tuna (591 Boykin Court North) and will be available for any questions you might have! Fort Morgan has lovely hidden gems like Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass Grill, and Behind The Pines. The historic Fort Morgan is close by and the Ferry can take you over to Dauphin Island for a day trip! Gulf Shores is a short drive away and has endless amounts of fun, but Fort Morgan is great to get away from the hustle and bustle and relax in the sun on the Fort Morgan private beach! There are great walking trails around Fort Morgan and a lovely bike path! We provide a starter pack of 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, travel shampoo, conditioner & bath bar in main bath, 1 roll of paper towels in Kitchen, 1 pack of coffee with creamers, 1 pod of dishwasher detergent. *If anything more or additional is needed, it’s guest’s responsibility. I provide antibacterial soap for your use @ each sink. Also, disinfectant spray is available for use in the cabinet below the kitchen sink.
