Enjoy a historic place with a lovely garden. This is a separate apartment (one of five) in a large 100-years-old house with old-fashioned charm. You have your own entrance och toilet/shower. Comfortable beds, peaceful surroundings and silence. Strömsberg is a unique village with a heritage of centuries of ironworks. There is small river where you can go for a swim, and there is a summer-open café. Good communications from Arlanda/Stockholm, Uppsala, Gävle. Only 10 min from E4. The space The apartment has one bedroom, a tiny room, a kitchen and a private bathroom. Suitable for 2-6 people. (Please note that sheets and towels are not included. Can be rented for 100SEK /person) Garden with patios and barbecue shared with other guests. Enjoy tranquility and the garden, and walk around the old iron industry or in the hiking trail. There are guided tours of the ironworks with blacksmiths and coal houses and nearby a charming Nostalgia Museum with veteran vehicles, 19th century shop and café. There are bikes, a rowboat and a canoe you can borrow. Other things to note Please note that sheets and towels are not included. Can be rented at a cost of 100 SEK per person. No shop or restaurant in the village. Thin walls- risk of noise from neighbors.
