It is up to you to book the whole house for you and your kids (and you friends and your pets) or only one of the two floors that actually consist of two autonomous apartments, “The Orchard” apartment (ground floor) and “The Terrace with Sea View” apartment (top floor). A hard choice? We know; and what makes it even harder is that both apartments are equally cosy, comfy, lux and feel-good. (If you book the whole house though, we’ll understand.) The overall decoration of both apartments is an eclectic mix & match of antique furniture and contemporary pieces, ideal to make your stay comfortable and suit the signature Spetses ambience, reflecting the simplicity, elegance and laid-back coolness of the locals. The whole story. This house belonged to my grandparents, (btw, hello, I am the proud owner, Pete). It has been the summer family getaway house of my childhood over long happy weekends and during every holiday. It has always been a haven of joy for our family not only when I was a kid back in the 70’s but also after me and my wife, Mata, had kids ourselves. Great food has been cooked here, great stories have been shared, everything that brings a happy family together and connects people with people who love people. If the house was a person it would be one who celebrates life and togetherness. A lasting experience. We love Spetses and we love to see others love it too. We want your stay to be a seamless experience that will stay with you throughout the rest of the year, till you decide to come back and then come back again (and again), making our home part of your family story. You can walk, ride our bikes or hire an “amaxaki”, a traditional horse buggy (no worries, it comes with an experienced traditional coachman), and take a signature romantic tour for 10 euro. You can also hire a boat. -We are a phone-call away, your own private concierge service. -We provide cleaning services for an additional cost. Just ask. Book the entire house, consisting of two apartments, or choose between “The Orchard” apartment (ground floor) and “The Terrace with Sea view” apartment (top floor). Both apartments are autonomous and fully equipped. “The Orchard” (ground floor) apartment consists of a spacious family room (living room with sofa that turns into bed), two bedrooms, one kitchen, one bathroom, one WC, a terrace and private access to the garden and the wooden playground. The garden is an orchard full of different trees. Feel free to eat any fruit from the trees and bring along your pets. We are the epitome of pet friendly. “The Terrace with Sea view” (top flour) apartment consists of a common room, two bedrooms, one bathroom and provides private access to the terrace with a great sea view.
