The hut sleeps two people and is located on our family run farm, so you’ll have the best view of our rare breed animals, including our alpaca herd. T H E H U T .. Our hut is nestled between our family home and our log cabin. Situated in our pond garden in it’s own fenced area. You’ll get the best views of the farm and our Alpaca paddock.Equipped with all the essentials you need to make your stay enjoyable. We pop in some farm sourced or local goodies and make sure the hut has tea & coffee to make you feel at home.Enjoy some bubbles (or soft drink if requested) upon arrival which you can enjoy outside on the picnic bench or around the fire pit while taking in the scenery. Shepherds hut dimensions 2M W x3.5M L 4M H 6’6”W x 11’6”L x 8’ H Mattress Dimensions Small double 120cm x 190cm cosy fit but we have had many taller people still enjoy their stay. Just be prepared for a good spoon :) Kitchenette - Microwave - Hot plates - Mini fridge - Toaster - Glasses,cutlery, pots & pans - Food preparation space & Utensils Facilties & Other things to note As mentioned above the shepherds hut is located next to our second holiday let log cabin. We ask that guests are respectful with noise levels between the hours 10pm-8am. We live on site also will be available to assist with any issues during your stay. We have considered privacy of all our accommodation sites and have created private gardens for each so that you are not overlooked. (except from the odd nosey alpaca) During the winter months we have provided an efficient electric heater. All year we keep the outdoor fire pit stocked for cosy evenings together. Shared Toilet and washroom is located about 10 meters from the hut. Our Experience customers will have access to this from 10-3pm unless advised. This is cleaned at the start, during and end of customer days. Finally We have created a cosy separate lounge area in our old aquaponics tunnel for rainy days!! Equipped with heater and blankets. T H I N G S T O D O ... Enjoy Westbourne’s inviting local pubs, the places to eat and the friendly community feel. To reach the sea is only a 15-20-minute walk to Emsworth harbour and foreshore. Westbourne Village on the edge of the South Downs National Park with excellent links to Chichester and Portsmouth. The historic dockyard and city of Portsmouth is the perfect location for shopping, independants and restaurants. Chichester is a charming location and round the corner from the sandy Wittering's beach. London is only a just over an hour away via train from Havant or Rowlands Castle. We are a working farm who specialise in farm based experiences. Please do let us know if you would like any info on what we have to offer before your stay Please note that between 10:00am - 16:00pm on site customers may need access to the toilets. We will ensure that the bathroom is cleaned after customer hours are finished. The farm is all 24 acres and with a small briefing from the team you are welcome to wonder through the rewilding meadow to explore. Other things to note We are a working farm who specialise in farm based experiences. We will ensure that the bathroom is cleaned after each guest. Please note that as of the 22nd May until the end of the year,there will be some building work on site Monday – Friday 9-5pm. You will not be able to see the building site from the hut area. We will do our best to minimise the disruption during your stay, our hope is that during your stay you will be off exploring the amazing area we live in and when you return in the evening all will be at peace.
