Renovated thoughout this little gem is stylish and comfortable. A 2 bed bungalow with the most fantastic views across the valley, it's the perfect location for exploring Yorkshire, or relaxing and staying local - walk to the Roebuck pub in 15 mins or Otley in 20. Plenty of parking on the driveway and a secure shed for storage of bikes etc. The beds are medium firm, sprung, foam topped mattresses and the central is heating is controlled by you. Flexible check in and out times if needed. There will be coffee, (fresh and instant), breakfast tea bags, Earl Grey, fruit teas, biscuits, sugar for your arrival. There are cleaning materials for you under the sink, including extra toilet and kitchen roll. There will be hair and body wash in the shower and towels are also provided. Guest access You have full use of the house, drive, garden. Other things to note The driveway entrance is quite steep at first glance but is far easier to negotiate than it looks!
