There are different surfaces, different comforts, different rents (see our other listings) Adjoining VILLENEUVE D'ASCQ, between the countryside and the city. Lille 1 University - P Mauroy Stadium - Haute Borne - 4 Cantons WARNING!!! - Cleanliness & silence REQUIRED - Alarm and detection + cameras in the lobby and entrance - See and agree to VERY VERY STRICT house rules! The space - 5-6 Individual rooms for rent located on the first floor. On the same floor there is an equipped kitchen, 1 wc, 2 shower rooms. - - Respect, calm, discretion, cleanliness are required for ALL tenants (see the VERY VERY STRICT house rules). - - Some tenants are young students, renting year-round. - - Bus stop "Grand Sainghin" 150 meters away, direct (non-stop) in 5 minutes, to arrive at the station "Grand Stade - 4 cantons - scientific city" in Villeneuve d 'Ascq - - With the bedroom, 1 kit including: 1 mattress protector, 1 cover, 1 sheet, 1 pillowcase and 1 hand towel. Every Friday, possibility to exchange last week's kit, for a clean kit. For personal belongings, Laundromats are in Cysoing, Lesquin and Villeneuve d 'Ascq. On Mondays, possibility to entrust 1 bag of 7kg (max) of linen, made washed and dried, within 24-72 hours. Laundry is done on a classic 30-40° cycle, with spinning at 1200 rpm. We disclaim all liability for any accidents. Shower time < 5 minutes, . responsible consumption, . doors/windows closed (heating > 19.0° between 6:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. + between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.) . . . • RESPECT AND ABSOLUTE SILENCE (night AND day) • walk VERY lightly on the stairs (on tiptoes) • close the doors VERY gently • handle faucets and other objects (chairs, suitcases, dishes, etc.) with GREAT delicacy • make discreet phone calls (in a low voice, without a speaker, closed doors, etc.) • do not interfere in the affairs of other residents • do not use the kitchen and shower room between 10:30 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. . . • CLEANLINESS AND STORAGE: dishes tidy, kitchen and refrigerator clean, trash cans emptied, shoes removed when entering, common areas left in good condition . PLEASE NOTE: When checking out, Apart from the night linen, the private room AND all shared spaces must be returned in the same clean and tidy condition as when you arrived. Guest access Each tenant has access to their private room, and to the common areas (equipped kitchen, shower room, toilet, garden) Other things to note CAUTION: - upon your departure, the private room AND shared spaces must be returned in the same clean and tidy condition as found on your arrival. (possibility of cleaning fee - to be agreed upon arrival) - Respect, calm, discretion, cleanliness, silence between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. are required for ALL tenants. (VERY VERY STRICT house rules are posted in different places in the shared spaces) - private spaces exclusively reserved for the owner, access to the house and the entrance are under surveillance/camera.
