Riesling 110 m² gîte, 4-8 people, Wine Route

Blandine and Jean welcome you to a large "loft" type cottage, on the first floor of a house (independent entrance), in the heart of the vineyard in Pfaffenheim. Ideally located on the wine route (Eguisheim and Colmar 10 minutes away), easy access by D83. Numerous possible activities: cellar tours and tastings, walks in the mountains or vineyard, climbing in Gueberschwihr, Ecomuseum, Petit Prince Park, Europa-Park, Christmas markets, etc. The space The cottage has been completely refurbished and includes all the comforts necessary for your stay. You will have a large, friendly living room with a fully equipped open kitchen (induction stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, fridge and freezer) and a lounge area with two sofas (one of which is convertible) and a flat-screen TV. Access to the stairs is protected by a removable safety gate. There are three bedrooms: 2 with a double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds. All the bedding is very new and has been chosen to provide you with maximum comfort. The beds will be made upon arrival. Finally, you will also find a bathroom with shower, double vanity unit, heated towel rail and toilet, as well as a 2nd separate toilet. The cottage is located a little away from the center of the village, so you can enjoy absolute calm during your stay. In addition, the immediate proximity of the vineyard will allow you to take many walks on foot or by bike without having to take the car. Located in the middle of the Haut-Rhin wine route, it is the perfect base for meeting winegrowers and discovering the richness of the Alsatian terroir. Less than 20 minutes away by car, you can also discover the Christmas markets of Colmar, Eguisheim or Kaysersberg; go back in time during a visit to the Ecomusée d'Alsace, or enjoy a family poetry break at the Parc du Petit Prince. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment just for you. There is no outdoor area with table/chairs to sit outside but there is a courtyard in front of the apartment, shared with us. Other things to note As we are winegrowers in the neighboring village, we will be happy to let you taste our products or visit our cellar.
