A small rural house was restored by the owner designer that change it in a wellness suite with private jacuzzi pool in the natural cave and a turkish bath. A cozy house, with 3 small room: a cave with jacuzzi pool in the ground floor, the Turkish bath and shower in the first floor, the queen bed and bathroom in the second floor. There are not table, chairs, and armchair. Other things to note FOR ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF REGULATIONS AND DISCLAIMER The rental of Myhomespa is a temporary rental of the house located in Gratteri via Borgognone 18, for a maximum of 2 adults. Use of the mini whirlpool for the entire duration of the stay. Turkish bath cycle of 1.30 h (upon arrival it will be switched on or at your request by 7 p.m.). It is recommended to bathe with the Turkish bath shower or to shower frequently. At the end of the cycle, the steam bath will turn off and the window must be opened to disperse the condensation that has formed, or the collaborator will turn it off. Towels for the shower and for the benches of the Turkish bath will be available in the house. The stereo in the room works with its own key, not supplied, or you can ask the cashier at the reception, leaving your credit card details as a guarantee. The use of oils, creams, shampoo, conditioner, and other products inside the mini pool and candles on the walls of the grotto is prohibited. If incorrect use results in the pool being emptied due to water contamination, the amount of 2 nights equal to €380.00 will be charged. The use of slippers is recommended because the floor may be slippery. Please be aware of the neon sign "Nessun Dorma" (No Sleeping) on the wall of the relaxation room. The glass door on the ground floor must always remain closed to avoid humidity rising. If the humidity is high due to strong temperature changes, the guest is entitled to an additional room at the Dimora dei frati, the property in front of the house where you can book breakfast (€10 per person) or half board (€25 per person). Guests release the property from any liability inherent in the use of the equipment provided in the house, declaring that they are in full health, that they do not have pathologies, insufficiencies, disorders and pregnancies in place that would not allow the use of the mini pool and the Turkish bath. It is forbidden to access the technical compartments and electrical panels and guests undertake to report any malfunction of the equipment that may occur, allowing a manager to access the house.
