The space Welcome to our home! We offer this large house (almost 200 m2 in all) that is ideal for family vacations (large family or 2 families!). There are 3 levels in the house, with the apartment on the ground floor, and the house on the ground floor and first floor. You will have 3 bedrooms in the house: - one with a large bed 160 by 200 (2 pers) - one with 2 beds 90 by 190 + one bed 160 x 190 - one with 1 single slide bed That makes 7 beds upstairs Max In terms of comfort, nothing should be missing too much since we live there the rest of the year. The kitchen is equipped (double oven, microwave, large American fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle...) Wi-Fi washing machine/dryer swimming pool (private) Terrace closed parking (2-3 cars max) with automatic gate On the ground floor, an independent apartment will offer you 45 m2 fully equipped for 4 people: with one bedroom (140 cm bed), kitchen, bathroom, living room with sofa bed (for 2 beds). The ideal solution for everyone to keep a little autonomy/privacy! On the garden side there is, to the left of the house, a small mini vegetable garden, a small corner with a lawn, greenery... to the right of the house is the swimming pool, with terrace, hammock, plancha... there is also a brazier for barbecue evenings by the fire. A large playground located 100 m away. many tourist attractions nearby: fortified villages, caves, animal park, abbeys, lakes, natural hot springs, canyoning... nature is omnipresent at every window, which makes you want to go hiking! many mountain water points nearby. beaches 45 minutes away (Canet, Saint Cyprien...)
