The Dogana d'Acqua Rooms & Art is located in a recently renovated apartment with an eye to aesthetic details and comfort. It is located in a ancient building in the heart of the most typical district of Livorno between Venezia Nuova and the Pontino and enjoys a magnificent view over the canals. It has 3 comfortable rooms with private bathroom, an equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. Wi-fi present throughout the apartment. We also host groups and work teams for long periods. Guest access It is possible to park your car in front of the structure for free at night and for a fee during the day. There are several paid and free parking options nearby. In the surroundings of the structure there are several affiliated bars where you can enjoy an excellent Italian breakfast as well as several taverns where you can savor the typical Livornese cuisine. On request it is also possible to use the kitchen. Despite being a short distance from the city center and the tourist port (embarkations for Corsica, Sardinia at 800m), the apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area. Livorno Centrale railway station, the seafront and the Mascagni terrace at 3 km. (15min. Bus, 10min. Car). A 20 minute drive to the beach of Tirrenia to the north and the cliffs and beautiful beaches of Quercianella and Castiglioncello to the south; in half an hour on the highway you can reach Versilia. Easily reachable both by car and by train the art cities of Pisa, Lucca, Florence etc ....
