In our home you'll stay in your private two rooms with your own private bathroom with shower. Other areas like the kitchen are shared with us 🚃🚊🏙️ It takes about 45 minutes by public transport to get to the city center. We offer you a calm home in a 60s Bauhaus meets modern design, surrounded by nature in the vibrant city of Berlin. 🌳🌲⛵️🏊‍♀️ The lake is just a 4-minute walk away and is ideal for swimming or a boat trip during the summer. The forest is perfect for walks or running. The space Your bedroom is equipped with queen-size bed, closet and a TV. The bed is freshly made and there are clean towels for you in the bathroom. Your private bathroom is right next to your bedroom. In your own living room you have your own Nespresso coffee maker, a mini fridge for drinks, a couch, a turntable with selected records, a fireplace for the cold days, as well as access to the balcony and your bedroom. Your area is approx. 42 sqm big. Guest access You're welcome to use our kitchen. There is a gas stove, oven, fridge , coffee maker with milk frother, water carbonator and dishwasher. Of course, our two terraces and the large garden are also available for shared use. In the garden you will find a pizza oven, a BBQ and sun beds. Also the washing machine is available for shared use by request. On request, we can lend you our SUP. We also have a good bike rental store nearby. During your stay We live in the house too, so we're always around – in person, by phone, or via Airbnb messages. Need tips on the neighbourhood or the city? Just ask. And if the vibe's right, we're always up for a drink together. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️🤝 Other things to note As the BER airport ✈️ is nearby, airplanes can be often heard and seen. There is a ban on night flights at BER from midnight to 5 am. There are also significant restrictions on air traffic during the off-peak hours from 11 pm to midnight and from 5 am to 6 am.
