"Casa Teresa" transitional rentals-guesthouse

Lovely apartment of about 90 sqm just renovated and furnished, located in the heart of the historic center of Cava located in an elegant building. Equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and parking on request. The apartment is well divided so that it can accommodate up to 7/8 people and at the same time everyone has their own privacy. Cava de' Tirreni is a well-connected town and close to the Amalfi Coast, Salerno with the Luci d'Artista, Pompeii, Naples Peastum. The space This cozy home is located on the second floor of an elegant building, in the historic center of Cava de' Tirreni. Three flights of condominium stairs lead to the apartment, which is preceded by a private hallway between a typical antique door and the armored door. Once inside, you are included in the fully furnished living room/kitchen, air conditioning and balcony overlooking the garden: 2 sofa beds, wall equipped with TV (not visible in the photo), dining table for 6 and well-stocked kitchen (dishes, pots, cutlery) with large fridge/freezer, large oven, dishwasher, six-burner stove and convenient water purifier that filters the water for even greater potability. The house has 2 bathrooms, one larger with a tub/shower, washing machine (not in the photo) and hairdryer, and the other smaller, belonging to the first double bedroom and not only (without shower). The first bedroom with a double bed (sleeps 2) is furnished down to the smallest detail and is equipped with air conditioning. From there, you can move into a small mezzanine used as a study. You also have access to the smaller bathroom and the balcony, shared with the other room, overlooking the main street; We move on to the second bedroom, also furnished (sleeps 2), it has a mezzanine set up as a bedroom (sleeps 1) (single bed, dresser, mirror) and is connected to the balcony shared with the other bedroom. Finally, from the hallway, a spiral staircase gives you access to a third mezzanine also equipped with a single bed, dresser, nightstand, mirror (sleeps 1). In total, therefore, the apartment can boast up to 6 beds plus 2 on sofa beds. Casa Teresa is provided with sheets, blankets and towels for each guest. Parking is not included, however we can arrange (payment separately) for a maximum of 2 parking spaces, with a choice between outdoor area and indoor garage. Pets are not allowed inside the apartment but, if small, they can be accommodated in front of the private entrance between the main door and the security door. Casa Teresa is rented for tourist purposes, for short stays or weeks or months. It's not a B&B. Guest access Access to the apartment is via 3 flights of stairs, there is no elevator as it is a historic building. Public parking is available nearby for a fee or I can provide private outdoor or garage parking (for a fee) N.B.
