Five minutes to Griffiss Technology Park and Rome Lab, ten minutes to Delta Lake State Park, and twenty minutes to Sylvan Beach. The space We are a pet friendly accommodation. There are special preparation steps involved in preparing for our fur guests. Please make sure to inform host if your pets will be joining you on your trip upon booking. Guests are not responsible for departure cleaning and are not charged a fee for such. Guest access The unit will be unlocked and the keys hanging inside the door. Other things to note PLEASE TAKE NOTE: The unit has the original servant's staircase intact, and only access to the upper floor. Please be aware that it is a slightly steeper incline. Someone with mobility issues may have difficulty in maneuvering. Pets are welcome at no additional charge but must be declared upon booking.
