Downstairs is an integrated kitchen/livingroom and a bathroom and upstairs are two bedrooms. The house is situated in the heart of Borgarnes. There are several restaurants and cafés in walking distance, there are 200 m to the supermarket and the swimming pool is 700 m away. Borgarnes is the perfect location if you are planning several day trips to explore West Iceland, as there are many beautiful spots to discover. The space The house was built in 1928 but was fully renovated in 2017. The interiors are a traditional scandinavian style with a modern twist. Downstairs is an integrated kitchen/livingroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, an oven and a dishing washer. There is a kitchen table for five persons and a sofa. The sofa is also a sleeping couch for one person with a thick and comfortable matress. It is 200x70 cm and ideal for a teenager. Next to the kitchen/livingroom is the bathroom with a powerful spacious shower. You can also find a washing machine there. Upstairs are two bedrooms, both rooms have double size beds, one is 140 cm and the other one is 160 cm. Beware the stairs are quite steep so the house doesn't suit families with very young children or people that have difficulties climbing stairs.
