🌿 Welcome to our air-conditioned house for 6 people with private heated pool, ideal for a relaxing stay in Ardèche. Located in a peaceful residence, close to the vines, this cottage is the perfect place for a relaxing stay In addition, you will be only 1.5 km from shops, making your activities and outings easier. The space Discover our gîte l 'Odyssée*** Charming air-conditioned single-story house, bathed in light, with its private heated and secure pool, facing south. It consists of 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed 140x190cm and two more with two single beds each. Thanks to a 3-meter window, the 23m² living room is particularly bright. You will also find a cellar and a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, as well as a standard coffee maker, Senseo, toaster and kettle, electric griddle. For your comfort, the cottage has a washing machine, air conditioning in the living room and free Wi-Fi access. The outside space: - Ping pong table with rackets and balls available - Charcoal barbeque - Deckchairs and sunbathing area with parasols. Pool: open and heated from April to the end of October (dates variable depending on outside temperatures), scheduled at 28° C. The water temperature may vary depending on the weather and weather conditions. The garden is fully fenced, ensuring the safety of your children and pets. Linens provided: We provide you with bed linen, towels (one large and one small per person), shower mat and tea towels. The cottage is equipped with an umbrella bed with mattress topper, a baby high chair and a baby bath. We do not charge a cleaning fee and count on you to return the cottage in the same way you found it on arrival. If you wish, an end of stay cleaning option is available for €90. Only one small or medium-sized dog is allowed in the cottage. (no category dogs) Parties or events are prohibited for the comfort of the neighborhood. The cottage is just a 3 minute drive from the river and shops. The total capacity of the house is 6 people maximum, including children under 2. The cottage is paired with another gite, but without any vis-à-vis. Each gite has its own private pool. We welcome you in a simple and friendly atmosphere.
