This private house is ideal for families or groups looking for a truly traditional accommodation in one of the most beautiful parts of the island. The house has been beautifully renovated with modern amenities to provide comfortable living and a very private pool. The architecture has farmhouse characteristics with many charming stone features. The mill room has been converted to a living room with sofas and a fireplace. The house is on two levels. There are spacious living spaces on both floors. The large glass door is south facing, which means you will have glowing Mediterranean sunshine naturally lighting up the house for most of the day. As you can see from the photos, there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bedrooms are all air conditioned (on a pay-per-use coin meter system) and two of them have an en-suit bathroom. For groups of 7 people we will prepare a folding bed or extra mattress with linen. The kitchen is fully equipped and with easy access to the dining area. The house has free wifi, a washing machine, dish washer and microwave oven. The pool area has an outdoor shower, some sun loungers and a gas BBQ. Additional visiting services such as babysitting, masseuse, and a private chef can be arranged. Prices from €740 to €2090 per week. Special discounts on long stays and early bookings. Only you will have access to all the rooms and pool area. For our winter visitors, for heating you can use the air-conditioning in the bedrooms on the heating setting. Air-conditioning consumption by coin-meter at standard domestic rate. Gas heater provided with gas bottle. Extra gas bottles at €25 each. Or two bags of firewood at €25 too.
