Offering a perfect balance of comfort and convenience, this 130 m² villa features four bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The space Layout Stepping into the ground floor, you will find an open-plan living and kitchen area. The living room features two sofas and a Smart TV, while the kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find a dining table comfortably seating up to six guests. The ground floor also features a bedroom with two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m) joined together, a Smart TV, a self-controlled A/C, and a spacious closet. The ground floor also features a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. First Floor Ascending to the first floor, you will find the remaining three bedrooms. Two bedrooms each feature a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and one bedroom features two single beds (0,90m x 2,00m). The first floor also features a full bathroom with a bathtub. Outdoor Area: The outdoor area of the villa features a lovely, planted garden with vibrant and lush flowers and trees. More specifically, the outdoor area includes: -A 30 m² private swimming pool with sun beds, poof loungers and umbrellas. The swimming pool is partly separated into a shallow area for children. -A charcoal barbecue and dining area next to it to enjoy an open-air meal. -Parking is available for four cars. **Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
