Charming, old home situated in an excellent location only a few blocks from downtown! The bedrooms are cozy and the house is full of character, noted from the stone fireplace to the archways between rooms on the main floor. You will surely enjoy your time here, and we will do all that we can to make your stay comfortable and fun!We offer a total of 3 rooms for rent so you can expect to see other airbnb guests during your stay. Guest access Guests have access to the main floor living space where there will be a refrigerator to put any beverages or food, and a dining area for meals. There is also an outdoor patio where other guests often have a drink and enjoy the fresh air underneath the large shade trees. During your stay My husband, Trev, and I have recently moved to the Black Hills, but have grown up around the area and went to college at Black Hills State University in Spearfish, SD. We would love to help you make the most of your stay by offering advice on sights to see and our local go-to's. We will be available throughout your stay through personal contact or phone calls, texts, and emails. Other things to note The room is located on the second level, so guests must be able to walk up a flight of stairs. We can provide assistance with luggage up to the rooms. Street parking is also available to guests, with limited driveway spaces for motorcycles.
