Three miles from the I-25/I-80 interchange, and only blocks away from Frontier Park, our centrally located guest suite is close to all of Cheyenne's greatest offers: Downtown Depot, dining, parks, Botanic Gardens, library, museums, hospital/urgent care, gas, grocery, shopping and more! PRIVATE: Bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and living room. SHARED: Laundry room and all outdoor spaces. The space Get ready for a nice, cozy stay! Using a provided entry code for your private entrance, you will access the guest suite when you go down the stairs and through the only common area of the house, the laundry room. This area is free to use and can meet all of your laundry needs. Hosts try to refrain from accessing this space if there are guests present. Please note, the stairs are wide but there is not a hand rail and may be unsuitable for physically disabled or unstable guests. The guest suite is most comfortable for 1-2 guests, but can comfortably accommodate up to four adults. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen pull-out bed in the living room. While a bit on the smaller side - the bathroom has everything that you need for your stay; a stand-up shower, toilet, clean towels and basic necessities. Feel free to stay in and cook! The guest suite has a well-stocked kitchenette with dinnerware, silverware, pots, pans, microwave, small fridge/freezer for quite a bit of food/drinks, toaster oven, dual burner hot plate, Keurig, and a dining table for four, coffee , water, hot cocoa, and tea. Kick your feet up and relax a bit.. either on a couch with a chaise, or a futon-style lounge chair. Either location is perfect for movie nights or extra bedding for a young child. We have a 42" TV, Roku, and DVD player available for use as well. In the bedroom, you will find a queen-sized bed, multiple pillows for each guest, a bedside lamp, laptop friendly desk, and large closet for luggage or personal belongings. Please help yourselves to the various games provided for a fun evening in, or out to the covered patio / backyard where you can enjoy a fire-pit, a few different yard games, or simply some time just getting some fresh air. Guest access The guest suite is located in the basement and is accessed by walking through the only common area of the basement, the laundry room. This area is free to use for all guests.
