The B&B is located in a quiet apartment surrounded by green, in a scenic residential area of Tivoli, 1 km away (a 10 minute walk) from Villa d'Este, historic center and Bus stop. Free parking is available on the side streets near the entrance. A third bed can be added to the double bedroom upon request. The bedroom leads to the breakfast room, where guests can also enjoy their own meals or work on their computer. On the patio/garden you can smoke, read and relax . Pets are welcome upon request. The space The double bedroom is very quiet and it's inside a renovated and modern apartment. In Summer the apartment is air-conditioned and the bedroom is very cool, so there's no air conditioning, but it is equipped with a quiet ceiling fan. It has an en-suite bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, towels, and shower gel and shampoo. A third bed can be added upon request. Guests can return at any time during the night. Breakfast times, check-in, and check-out times can be arranged with the owner. Public transport stop is just a few minutes' walk away. The train station is 2.5 km away (shuttle service is available upon request). Guest access In addition to their bedroom, guests have access to alounge where they can use their computers or eat their own meals or those delivered to the B&B. The lounge leads to a lovely patio and the fenced garden, shared only with the owners. There, guests can relax on comfortable armchairs and loungers. In the summer, breakfast can be served in the garden. Other things to note Guests can choose their preferred breakfast time and notify us well in advance of any food allergies/intolerances. The B&B normally offers: coffee, milk, tea, barley, herbal teas, orange juice, bread, jams, warm croissants, biscuits, plumcakes, various cakes, muesli, cereals and yogurt.
