Fully furnished, fully air conditioned, 200 m² detached holiday home situated on a 3500 m² plot of garden with mature trees on the hillside of Tolo, 10mins from Nafplion. It has fantastic sea views of the Argolic Gulf and is only 5 minutes by car from the beach. The house sleeps up to 12 persons comfortably and is fully equipped for a comfortable vacation. It is not a luxury accommodation but characterful. We prefer traditional over modern and the house reflects this along with the huge spaces. The space Aperando is a huge house on two floors surrounded by trees and a lush garden. There are amazing panoramic sea views from the whole property, wonderful terrace and a large lounge with a fireplace. All bedrooms have their own ensuite Roman-style bathrooms and there is a separate family bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all needed to prepare and serve great family meals and even an espresso machine for an early morning coffee. We also have outside dining and sitting areas and some sunbeds for sun worshippers. Our house is a great place for a large family, more than one family or a a group of friends. We try to keep our prices as economical as possible as we think that everybody deserves to be able to afford to go on holiday. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and garden for ther stay.
