Vaulted ceilings throughout and large windows offer mountain and valley views from every room of this unique designer home. Upstairs, you’ll find two en-suite bedrooms with queen-size beds (Sleep Number mattress in the master and Tempur-Pedic in the guest room), as well as a covered vista view terrace. Master bedroom has a walk-in closet with built-in dressers. The backyard was designed for entertaining and features five separate sitting areas, including a grassy sundeck with two lounge chairs and a sunken hot tub. Fast 1GB WiFi. The property also features a gym with a separate entrance equipped with an infrared sauna for two, flatscreen smart TV for streaming workouts or other programs, weights and equipment plus a second home office workspace with adjustable stand-up desk (both behind the detached garage). Indoor garage parking not available to guests during stay. Located 15 minutes from wine tasting, 20 minutes from downtown Healdsburg and 25 minutes to Napa Valley’s charming town of Calistoga. This is our residence for half of the year, and we started renting it out during the winter in January 2021. We've had three renters total--one couple who reviewed us here, who have rebooked three times, another couple who booked three times through another site (rhymes with furbow) and two other couples. Minimum rental period allowed in this neighborhood: 31 days. Guest access Rental does not include garage parking, but the oversized driveway can hold 3-4 cars. Other things to note Plenty of places to relax outdoors, including hot tub deck, fire pit lounge and patio tables. The succulent garden beds are filled with spiky plants, many of which have harmful stickers and are poisonous to pets. Please do not walk in the garden beds except for the designated route to the citrus trees, where you are welcome to harvest fruit for your enjoyment.
