Hi. We are Rene and Liz. We would love to welcome you to our house in the popular beach suburb, St Clair, in Dunedin. The bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, is spacious and very clean. It has 1 queen bed, 2 comfortable armchairs, a fridge. Coffee/tea facilities, but sorry, no full kitchen access. We are only 100 meters from one of Dunedin's best beaches and a vibrant cafe and restaurant life. 10 minutes by car to the centre of Dunedin. Bus-stop very close by. We look forward to meeting you!! The space The room has a fridge, coffee plunger, electric jug, and toaster. Coffee/tea/milk/sugar and filtered water is supplied. There are individually controlled electric blankets on the bed and spare blankets and towels. We also provide beach towels. Sorry, no smoking allowed. We are 100 meters away from the bustling St Clair beach with a number of restaurants and cafes, ranging from cheap pub meals to fine dining. The St Clair Salt Water Pool is also very close, it is open from October to April. The centre of Dunedin is 10 minutes away by car, $20 by taxi. There's a bus going straight into town, the bus stop is very close to the house. Guest access Guests will have their own room and their own en-suite bathroom. Unfortunately we are not able to offer kitchen access. The continental breakfast is provided in the room and can be enjoyed there or in the guests' private courtyard, weather permitting. During your stay Liz and Rene have lived in Dunedin for several years so they know the city really well and will be happy to help guests with sightseeing ideas or information about activities in the area. There is also a lot of tourist information and maps in the room for guests to use, as well as books about New Zealand, rugby, Maori culture, literature etc.
