The kitchen is open for use together with the utensils but for a charge. This is a gated property with parking space available. During your stay ....We will be happy to be at your service for a wholesome, enjoyable and secure stay....please coordinate with the person incharge for your concerns.... Other things to note Please note that the rate provided is per room basis. Rooms are at the second & third floors. Three rooms at the second floor (Rms 21-23) are good for 2pax & can add 1 floor mattress for additional pax with additional charge, each of these rooms have water heaters for hot shower, and 1 room with 1 queen & 1 double bed good for 4-5 pax (Rm 24) with water heater also but at a higher rate. There are six rooms at the third floor good for 1 pax for medium to big size person or can accommodate 2 pax with small built (Rms 31-36) for a lower rate than posted but these rooms have no water heaters/no hot shower. Strictly NO EATING inside the rooms, dining area is open for use at the ground floor for meals or snacks. No washing of dishes/utensils or clothes inside the bathrooms or lavatory. You can request the attendant for the washing of your clothes or ironing for a fee. Thank you.
