Hi Welcome to my vacation house, the concept of the house are mainly for those who wish to escape from a busy city. In addition, we offer you a peaceful and safe place to stay. The Vacation house are nearby the following: 1) 99 Speedmart 50m 2) Self Laundry shop 50m 3) Restaurant Fu Lai (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) convenient shop 300m 5) Mamak restaurant 300m 6) Vegetarian shop 300m The space The vacation house come with a private car park under it. Besides that we are providing a 3 layer security in the perimeter which include security barricade, 24 hour CCTV and roller shutter in every each studio car park. Guest access This is a private property therefore 2 tier security will be introduced to our guests. There is a barricade before entering the studio area and when you arrive at your unit there is a roller shutter private parking. Other things to note Note to be obey 1. Please be quite after 1200 midnight. 2. No shoe in the wooden floor area. 3. No smoking inside the studio. 4. Please do switch off the air conditioner when there is no people in the studio.
