A twin room in a family-owned guesthouse

This is our room #3: a twin room for 2 friends in a small family-owned guesthouse near the Baikal lake. Our guesthouse has only 3 separate rooms (so you'll never be in the crowd) plus 1 shared bathroom, a kitchenette and a living room. We also can offer a steam bath. We are situated within 15 minutes walk from the lake; it is a silent and calm eco-place in the depth of taiga. Room #3 is ideal for two friends: it has two comfortable single beds and it is the biggest room in the house. The space Dear guests, please, welcome to us! On the floor, there is also a separate toilet and a bathroom (shared for 3 rooms), a kitchenette (kitchen corner) and a cosy living room where everyone can have a snack. For privacy purposes, there's a separate entrance to the guest's floor, but owners live on the ground floor and will help everyone in case of need. We were opened in 2011 and since then guests all over the world came to visit us. We have a really eco-style household, and clean artesian water runs out the 62m deep artesian well. We also can offer our guests a laundry and a steam bath, a famous Russian banya: a great experience for tourists and a traditional ritual that gives health and energy (please note that the room price does not include laundry service or using a steam bath; you have to order it separately). If you would like to book a steam bath, please note that it allows maximum 4 people at one time and has to be booked in advance (it takes time to prepare it). DEAR GUESTS! We want you to feel 100% comfortable at our place, so before booking we kindly ask to review the following information: 1. It takes around 20 minutes (of a relaxed walk) to get to us from the lake and the road goes uphill, but if you wish you can easily catch a taxi at the Listvyanka main pier. The price of the ride must not be higher than 150 Roubles. 2. For guests' convenience, there's a kitchenette (kitchen corner) at guest's floor, where one can find a microwave oven, plates, cups, some crockery and two fridges. Although we don't have a fully equipped kitchen, you can easily make a light breakfast or dinner, something for a snack or tea (there's also a kettle in every room). More substantial meals can be found in the cafes, restaurants and fast food points at the village (the nearest ones are about 10-20 mn by foot from us). 3. For the moment, there's a camp near the house. Most of the time it is calm, but sometimes during the season children can make noise. Taking earplugs with you can be an idea just in case if once it gets not so quiet and you are a noise-sensitive person. 4. Please keep in mind that there can be other guests in the guesthouse. The neighborhood and the road to us is safe and the guarded territory and the house itself are 100% secure. Please don't worry, with us you're going to be safe. 2. While staying with us, there's no need to buy bottled water: the water in the house goes from 62m artesian well that was constructed specially for us, it is pure and tasty. You can drink directly from the tap without boiling.
