Clelia's apartment

The apartment is spacious and bright, there are three bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen equipped with everything, two bathrooms and a large terrace from which there is a beautiful sea view. The entrance is independent. I provide a parking space in the garage adjacent to the apartment. It is in a quiet residence a five-minute walk from the village of Acitrezza. Its location is strategic for visiting eastern Sicily, a few kilometers from Taormina, Catania, Syracuse. The space There are three bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a large terrace furnished with a table, chairs and deck chairs. It can accommodate six people and each couple will have their own room. There are two bedrooms with single beds and one bedroom with a double bed. I can add a crib on request. All rooms and bathrooms have a window or balcony. In the double room and in a room with single beds there is air conditioning (and a heat pump for the winter), in the second room with single beds there is a ceiling fan (and an electric stove for the winter), in the living room there is a ceiling fan (and a gas stove for the winter). The large living room has a dining table and chairs, a sofa, a TV, and a sideboard with everything you need for the table. The living room is connected to the kitchen with a food pass opening. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook, and there is also an electric oven, toaster and kettle. There are two bathrooms, the largest with shower and washing machine, the smallest with a bathtub, both have a window to the outside. From the balcony that runs almost around the whole house and from the large terrace there is a beautiful view of the sea and the stacks of Acitrezza. You can dine outdoors because there is a table and chairs and relax on the deck chairs. There is also an outdoor shower (only cold water) that is very pleasant on hot summer days when returning from the sea. The apartment is located in a residence at the top of a slope, you must climb stairs to access it because the entrance to the apartment is external and independent. It is located a few steps from both the sea (about 500 meters) and the center of Acitrezza (about 600 meters), but I repeat at the top of an uphill road that can also be traveled by car, of course. In the village of Acitrezza you will find all the necessary services (pharmacy, bank, supermarket, newsstand) and also restaurants, bars and meeting places. Other things to note The air conditioning/heat pump is located in the double bedroom and in a room with single beds. In the other rooms there are ceiling fans or fans for the cold and electric or gas stoves for the heat. As a house rule, you must turn off the air conditioners if you are not in the house.
