Arboris is a villa rustica designed and built by architect Haijun and his wife as their holiday home. Set in the shrubs of idyllic Mekong island Koh Dach, the villa is two storeys high, the first floor of modern concrete work and the second of hardwood. Traditional Khmer wood architecture was studied to enable the making of the upper floor which is purely structured of reclaimed wood. Looking to escape city life without the travel? The guests are welcome to pet and feed them at their regular meal times. We do understand that some guests are generally cynophobic or dog allergic, then upon a notice we can arrange for the dogs to be restricted to a smaller roaming area during the guests' stay. However, they cannot be removed from sight as they are attached to this property and take it to themselves in guarding the property especially at night.
