Banholzer Sedrun, mountain home

Bien Di, means "hello" in our local language in Graubünden where SEDRUN is located. We rent our sunny top floor apartment for 5-6 guests with a great view over Sedrun village and the mountains. Ideal for family holidays. Have fun all over the year. Sedrun has a beautiful family ski area and is part of the SkiArena Andermatt-Sedrun. It is the largest ski area in Central Switzerland. You can go cross-country skiing, hiking, ice skating and sledding. Hiking and mountain biking is great in summer! The space Our sunny 3.5 room apartment (74 souare meters) facing south is situated at the edge of the village center Via Curtin Niregl 47. It is on the top floor of a four-family house. The apartment consists of a spacious living-dining room with an open fireplace and TV. There is a large sunny balcony with terrace seating and two deck chairs In front of the living room. The open kitchen with a west-facing balcony and a view to Dieni ski area is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove with oven, extractor hood, microwave, waffle iron, coffee maker, kettle, juicer and much more. There are two bedrooms with sleeping facilities for five people plus one child. A baby/toddler equipment with travel cot, Tripp-Trapp high chair, changing mat and children's stool in the bathroom is available. Children up to 10 years of age are welcome to sleep in their parents' bed. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower. There is a private parking space in the closed garage. Ohter additional parking spaces can be found in front of the house. Please note: Our apartment is a NON-SMOKING accommodation and pets must stay at home. Cleaning: When cleaning our home, we follow Airbnb's recommended five advanced cleaning steps. This is based on the Airbnb cleaning manual. The main points are • All surfaces that are touched frequently are thoroughly disinfected • Detergents and disinfectants recommended by global health authorities are used and protective equipment is used to prevent cross-contamination. • Every room is cleaned using a comprehensive cleaning checklist. • We comply with local laws, including additional safety or cleaning guidelines. • We provide additional cleaning supplies and materials so that our guests can clean the accommodation at any time during their stay if they wish. Additional disinfectants (wipes and spray), antibacterial hand disinfectants, disposable kitchen towels, disposable gloves and additional hand soap are also available. Guest access We rent our apartment on the top floor for sole use. Other things to note The price includes heating, water, electricity and a basket of firewood, as well as kitchen towels and rags. There are bedsheets and pillows in every bed and we also provide extra pillows an bedcovers. We provide toiletpaper and a handtowel in the bathroom. We provide a foldable transport trolley for families with children. Skis can easily be transported to the beginner ski area at the train station if you walk there (10 minutes). A tired child will probably fit in too 😀. Bed linen/duvet and pillow cover (covers for the bedsheets, pillows and covers /linen for the mattress) and bath towels are not included in the rental price. They can be brought or rented. A set of bed linen costs 15 francs per person, the towel set 14 francs. Here, too, we pass on the prices of the service provider one-to-one. The costs for the final cleaning are 110 francs. We hire a service provider to do this for us on site and pass these costs on to the tenants at no extra charge. If cleaning is to be carried out during your stay, the cleaning service can be ordered , which incurs additional costs (depending on the time involved). The apartment key can be picked up on the day of arrival from 4 p.m. Please leave the apartment swept clean by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure and return the key.
